Delivery Information - Delivering Smiles in a Box



The standard delivery fee is $12.50 per hamper to most addresses in Australia. Deliveries on average take 1 - 2 business days to arrive.

*Please note there is a surcharge that applies for deliveries to Northern Territory and York Peninsula.

We also offer a guaranteed next business day delivery to Melbourne metro area for $17.50 per hamper.

Hampers containing food items which could be damaged in extreme weather conditions will not be dispatched on Friday's and also if Monday is a public holiday. They will be dispatched on the next business day. We have no control of the hamper once it is dispatched and avoid them being left in courier warehouses over the weekend.


Your order will be dispatched at the earliest opportunity, at the latest next Business Day.   We dispatch goods during Business hours only. Once dispatched our overnight priority service will see your goods delivered to a large portion of all Australian postcodes overnight, for non-metro or remote areas please allow extra delivery time. Deliveries on average take 1 - 2 business days to arrive. We use third-party delivery services and as such, we rely on our couriers to provide safe, prompt delivery of your purchases, however, in some circumstances delays may occur and this is out of our control.

Gift Wrapped Up works with professional couriers to provide safe, prompt delivery of your purchases; our courier services are recognised and reliable company for your purchases to be delivered in a safe and efficient manner.

Our delivery days are Monday – Friday 9.00am – 5.00pm – Australia Wide. We do not deliver on weekends or public holidays.

NOTE: Certain times of the year such as Christmas due to demand may cause longer delivery times.

Please note that our couriers cannot deliver to PO Boxes or Australia Post Parcel Lockers.

Please ensure that when making your purchase you supply an address and contact telephone number (Post Office Boxes are not acceptable) where our courier can deliver the goods, which will require a signature between the hours of 9 am to 5 pm Monday to Friday. Please note that Toll Ipec charges redelivery fees if you or a representative is not present to accept delivery, this fee is also applicable for any redelivery situations. This fee will be passed on if redelivery charges occur. Please take care to enter all delivery details correctly. Incorrect information can result in re-direction fees and also delays in delivery. For deliveries to business addresses please ensure you include the business name in the delivery address section at check-out.

If you provide an authorisation to leave your parcel at the shipping address without obtaining a signature it is your responsibility to ensure that there is a secure location available for the delivery to be left. Gift Wrapped Up and our couriers will not be responsible for loss or damaged items in this instance.

Please note that we endeavour to deliver your parcel on a specific date if requested however this is not guaranteed; we use third party delivery services and in some circumstances, delays may occur and this is out of our control.

For deliveries to patients in the hospital, please ensure you include the ward name and if possible the bed number along with the recipient's mobile number, this will ensure your parcel is delivered as quickly and smoothly as possible.

We have made every effort to ensure our products are available for immediate delivery. If there are any delays due to out of stock products we will notify you as soon as possible and you have the option of changing or cancelling your order. We make every effort to have stock available of all items, however, in certain circumstances, an item may not be available. If we are unable to supply an item, we will replace the product with a close alternative of equal or greater value. Gift hampers containing alcohol may only be purchased and delivered to persons over the age of 18.

Tracking Your Order

When your order is dispatched you will be sent an email containing the tracking details, you can log onto Couriers Please at any time to track your order.

It is your responsibility to notify Gift Wrapped Up if your parcel was not delivered - we can assist in the follow-up of the item with our couriers.

Large Orders

Please contact us for any bulk orders phone us on 03 9017 4438 or email and ask for a quote on delivery fees. Large orders may require additional production time; all large orders require a deposit on confirmation of order.
